Chudo Market Staff Application (Enterprise Use Only)

1. Scope of Application

This Application is a private enterprise mobile application distributed exclusively to authorized employees of Chudo Market LLC via enterprise distribution channels (Managed Google Play).

The Application is not available to the general public.

Chudo Market acts as the data controller for operational business data processed within the Application.

3. Data Processed by the Application

3.1 Employee Authentication Data

If required for system access, the Application may process:

• employee login credentials

• internal employee ID

• role-based access identifiers

This data is used strictly for internal authorization and access control.

3.2 Operational Business Data

The Application processes:

• product barcode identifiers

• SKU numbers

• inventory quantities

• stock movement data

• internal transaction logs

This data relates to company operations and not to customer personal data.

4. Camera Permission (Sensitive Permission Disclosure)

The Application requires access to the device camera solely for:

• real-time barcode scanning

Camera usage limitations:

• No photos are saved

• No videos are recorded

• No facial recognition

• No biometric data processing

• No image storage

• No background camera usage

The camera is activated only during active barcode scanning initiated by the user.

5. Data Collection and Transmission

The Application:

• Does not sell data

• Does not use advertising SDKs

• Does not use third-party marketing analytics

• Does not share data with external commercial entities

6. Data Storage and Retention

Authentication and operational data are stored on secured company infrastructure for:

• operational continuity

• accounting requirements

• compliance with applicable Ukrainian legislation

The Application itself does not permanently store camera images or media files.

7. Security Measures

Chudo Market implements:

• access control based on employee roles

• secure server environment

• restricted internal access

8. Enterprise Responsibility

Devices using the Application may be managed via Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) systems.

Employees must comply with internal IT and security policies when using the Application.

9. Compliance

This Privacy Policy complies with:

• Google Play Developer Program Policies

• Google Play User Data Policy

• Enterprise distribution requirements

• Applicable Ukrainian data protection legislation

• GDPR principles where applicable
